You are correct and I should have clarified and said for those who have artificial trees.....
I changed the post and will leave your comment so that everyone can see that it is indeed a real tree that is more eco friendly....but for those who have artificial trees, they might as well make good use of them and the spray can give them the scent that is otherwise missing. ;)yummy sudshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18230101452482538590noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-136397083497459059.post-81774223050768273372009-10-26T22:13:25.368-04:002009-10-26T22:13:25.368-04:00Hi there! They are made from non-renewable petroleum based products and require huge amounts of fuel to produce as well as ship to stores and homes. They also cannot be recycled and wind up in landfills when people no longer want them.

The most eco-friendly tree is actually one purchased from a local (key word) farm. These trees are replanted every year and can be recycled when the holidays are over. As long as you stay local you use less fuel to get the tree home as well. The National Christmas Tree Association has more information on their website where you can verify these facts.

I'm not trying to sound like a know-it-all but I thought you'd want to know. I really do enjoy reading your blog and can't wait to see what Yummy creations you come up with next!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
